It's All In The Knee

So here I am, closing in on 6 weeks post full knee replacement surgery. I had been anticipating the surgery for some time before June 25 in hopes that at the end of it all I could walk again without limping in pain. The surgery itself went great and the nurses and staff at Joseph Brant Hospital were Terrific! I am getting along pretty well and still doing my exercises, somewhat consistently. The process is slow but I know it will be worth it in the end and I will attain that goal of a pain free left knee. I'll keep you posted as to my progress.

Back to Alberta.....

Drive safe Dad and Curtis! It's been great having you home for a while Curt, Cindi, and Hailey. We'll miss you like crazy.
